1. What kind of products do you sell?

We offer a wide range of premium pet products for dogs, cats, and other beloved animals — including toys, accessories, grooming tools, feeding supplies, and more. Every product is carefully selected for quality, safety, and comfort.


2. Do you have a physical store?

No, Petlich is an online-only store. This allows us to offer a wider selection and ship directly from our trusted suppliers to keep prices affordable.


3. Where do you ship from?

We work with trusted international suppliers and warehouses, including partners in Europe, Asia, and the USA. This allows us to deliver high-quality products at competitive prices.


4. How long does shipping take?

Our standard estimated delivery times are:

  • Germany & EU Countries: 6–12 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days

  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days
    Please note: Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, peak seasons, or unforeseen postal delays.


5. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track it directly on our Order Tracking Page or via the carrier’s website. Tracking updates may take 1–2 days to appear.


6. What if my package is delayed or lost?

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at petlich.store@gmail.com. We’ll investigate with our shipping partners and arrange a replacement if necessary.


7. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can update it for you. Unfortunately, once shipped, we cannot change the address, and Petlich is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers.


8. Do you offer returns or refunds?

Yes. We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos and your order number. For more details, please read our Refund & Returns Policy.


9. Do you offer free shipping?

We occasionally run free shipping promotions. Please check our homepage or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
